We provide group training based around running and walking - incorporating interval, fartleks, tempos, agility and speed drills. We include resistance and abdominal strength training and boxing to get a total body workout.
We cater for all abilities, from the experienced runner to the determined powerwalker.
Group training provides a motivating environment and offers support and encouragement to get the most out of your workout.
Individual programs offered to members.
